Welcome to Fondly! This Privacy Policy describes how Loma Studios LLC ("us", "we", or "our") handles information in connection with the Fondly mobile application (the "App").

Fondly does not collect, store, or share any personal information from its users. The App does not require any user registration or login, and does not track your location.

Your quiz answers are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you delete the app. Any answers you view or generate using the app are never sent to our server or seen by us.

3. No Third-Party Access

We do not share any information with third parties, as we do not collect any data that can be shared.

4. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
